Vincent Bertrand
After training with Jean-Baptiste Regnault, Bertrand worked as a miniaturist in Paris, where he was highly regarded during Napoleon’s rule by the Emperor's art expert Vivant Denon. Some of his works were exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1796 to 1817. He painted miniatures on ivory, paper, and parchment.
