Karol Bechon

Karol (Charles) Bechon worked in Warsaw and Dresden. He was married to Dorothea, née Knakfus, and the couple had a son, Josef. Karol Bechon is considered one of the best Polish miniaturists of his time. He painted high-ranking Saxon and Polish personalities, among them King Stanislaus II August Poniatowski.
